Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the platform, users (including businesses) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.
Friday AI reserves the exclusive right to modify, suspend, or terminate these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Users are responsible for reviewing terms periodically.

Strictly for users ≥18 years or legally registered Indian businesses.
Minors, unregistered entities, or users violating Indian laws (e.g., FEMA, Companies Act) are prohibited.
Friday AI may request identity/business proofs (e.g., PAN, GSTIN) for verification under KYC norms.
Accounts violating eligibility will be terminated without refunds.

Trial Period: Free access for 7 days. Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Auto-Renewal: Post-trial, recurring payments will be deducted automatically via Razorpay.
No Prior Notice: Users explicitly waive the right to advance notifications for charges under RBI's auto-debit guidelines.
Service Modifications: Friday AI may alter features, pricing, or trial duration without liability.

Payment Gateway: Integrated with Razorpay (RBI-approved). Users agree to Razorpay's terms for transaction processing.
Recurring Charges: Subscription fees deducted monthly/annually as per the chosen plan. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds: Strictly prohibited except as mandated under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (e.g., service not delivered).
Disputes: Chargeback claims must be raised within 7 days; Friday AI reserves the right to challenge frivolous claims.

Prohibited Activities: Fraudulent transactions, IP infringement (Copyright Act 1957), or illegal content (IT Act 2000). Spamming, phishing, or reverse-engineering the platform.
Account Security: Users are solely responsible for password breaches or unauthorized access.
Content Liability: Users indemnify Friday AI against legal claims arising from uploaded content (e.g., defamatory product descriptions).

Ownership: Code, trademarks, designs, and documentation are proprietary. Unauthorized use violates the Indian Copyright Act.
User Content License: By uploading content (e.g., product images), users grant Friday AI a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, or display it for service operations or marketing.

Grounds for Termination: Violation of terms, non-payment, or suspicious activity (e.g., money laundering under PMLA).
Data Retention: User data may be retained for 5+ years as per IT Act 2000.
No Liability: Friday AI is not liable for losses due to termination.

No Warranties: Friday AI does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or compatibility with third-party tools.
Liability Cap: Company liability limited to ₹5,000 or fees paid in the last 3 months, whichever is lower.
Third-Party Risks: Friday AI is not liable for losses due to Razorpay failures, hosting outages, or ISP issues.

Arbitration: Disputes resolved via binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
Venue: Arbitration seated in Alwar; English language proceedings. Users waive objections to jurisdiction.
Costs: Users bear 50% of arbitration fees unless mandated otherwise by the arbitrator.
