Subscription Management

• Recurring charges deducted monthly/annually per chosen plan
• Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
• No prior notifications for charges under RBI auto-debit guidelines

Refund Eligibility

• Strictly prohibited except as mandated under Consumer Protection Act 2019
• Valid only for undelivered services with proper documentation
• No refunds for partial usage or change of mind

Dispute Resolution

• Chargeback claims must be raised within 7 days of transaction
• Friday AI reserves right to challenge frivolous claims
• All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Alwar courts
